Lions safety Bullocks out for season

It's definitly a tough loss for them as last year Bullocks had a big impact on their defense. He appeared to be a player on the rise in just his rookie year. Well, if you tear your ACL your pretty much immediatly headed for IR. I saw that Idrees Bashir and rookie, Gerald Alexander will now compete for the starting spot.

Oh man that isnt not a good news for the Lions... He was really looking good in the first couple preseason games, thats another blow too a not very deep Lions Defense.

Man that stinks. I really like Bullocks too. The two of them are going to be very good safeties. How do you guys like the rookie Gerald Alexander so far?

Damm was 1 of about 3 good players on that Lions D. Now hes gone, Raiders chances improve yet more against the Lions.

Tough loss for the Lions.Every year, every team deals with these loses.The Lions have put them self in bad shape in terms of their secondary.Will they make any trades to improve it before week 1?
