Has there ever been a first round pick that was a WR not start their first season, even though they were healthy? If not could Meachem be the first?

stallworth didn't start in his first season. I think that rookie 1st round WRs not starting is pretty common. It has a huge adjustment factor from college...and most first round WRs never develop. Colston is a freak of nature and certainly an exception to the rule. Hopefully Meachem follows down the same path.
