Redskins May Be Interested in Mitchell

Rumor has it The Redskins might add Freddie Mitchell , who has expressed an interest in playing for the Washington Redskins.

How would yall feel about that.

I feel it be good but then he is an outspoken player. But I would like to see him with Moss, Patten, Trash, Jacobs and McCants thats would give us 5 real good WR. I sitll like Gardner though he can always catch the hard catch just drops the easy ones. So let me know what you all think on these.

Gardner is as good as gone, Santana proved he can be a #1 type reciever in 2003 but I still consider him a 2, All those other guys are #3 type recievers, so we're pretty deep but don't have a real dominant guy. As far as Mitchell i think he's a joke and would hate it if he came here unless something suddenly comes over him and he shuts his mouth.

The Mitchell rumor is a farce. There is no way the redskins add a reciever who goes on the radio and trashes his team and coach. The guy is a punk and a wannabe. He trash talked rodney harrison before the superbowl and Harrison had more receptions than mitcel did (2 INTs)

The rumor is just Freedie's agent trying to get Tampa to be more eager to put an offer out.

Of course I called the Jason Campbell Rumor a smokescreen too....

i dont think its gonna happen. If it did it would be a bad idea because i think we have 5 more than capable receivers. I wanna see what mccants and jacobs can do before adding any more underachievers.
