Good signing if he can stay healthy. He overplays himself a little hard sometimes which causes him to get injured. Still Oakland's secondary is quite nice now. _________________

very good signing by the Raiders
hes been injured the past couple of years, but when he was playing he was one of the best hitters in the league at the S position. He is very solid in stopping the run and also very solid in coverage. He will provide the Raiders with a veteran presence in their secondary. If he can stay healthy he can still be a very solid S in this league. Not only does he do a lot of stuff on the field but he is also a guy that helped out a lot in the community in Jacksonville. He is just a classy guy and will be missed in Jacksonville |

Wow, the Raiders already had a very good secondary, now they add Darius
but who is he going to send to the Bench Huff or Scweigert( I believe he either led or was close to leading there team in tackles) _________________

So Huff is going to be moved to FS?
Are you sure that Schweigert won't be starting? |

It's easily Schweigert, he's just poor, he really needs to learn his angles better especially when he goes for a tackle, and it would just be stupid benching a play maker like Huff. _________________

All three will be given somewhat equal playing time. And I would look for Huff to play more a 'hybrid' role. Depending on the opponent, either team wise or specific wide outs/tight end's would decide who should fill the role for that area at the time.
That's just my two cent's on what I can see going down in Oak Town. _________________

You could play better than Stu? You could make 107 Total Tackles and 4 Passes defenced
Donovan Darius will IMO be in for the first two downs with Stu coming in on 3rd Downs. _________________

I'm sure the starting FS for the #1 pass defense in the NFL is "poor". Yes he takes poor angles at times, but he is a good ball player. |

| Damn Huff and Darius will be scary. Oakland already had a top defense though. Now they get even better. But before they be come a contender in the tough AFC West there gonna need to get an offense. |

This is going to help their pass defense which won't rank anywhere near the #1 this year. Last year all teams had to do was run out the clock against the Raiders because their offense was horrible.
The more their offense improves, the more teams will pass against them and make their secondary look worse and worse.
I know that Raider fans are going to want my head after a statement like that, so just know that it is nothing against the Raiders, it's just going to happen. |

It's a very good signing by the Raiders, but they still need to be able to stop the run which will determine if they can win games. Ofcourse, the offense will have more to do with there winning then anything. _________________
