Damn. Nice signing. If nothing else, he can show Huff how to do it back at Safety. I think he's still got some in his tank. That is now a pretty intimidating secondary.
I think this should go in the NFL News section.

I think this is so they can move Huff to FS where he can really rome the field, good signing though. They have quite a bit of veteran presence on that Defense too!

I dont think its a smart move for Darius at all.....
Oakland is where veterans go to die...

They are certainly on the way up. The Raiders will finish about the Chiefs this year.

yes..he will help this secondary alot..allows Huff to move to his natural position..raiders will ask him to rplay the LOS and help out the run..and let Huff play the middle..

DD dont have to start over stu..Stu has to worry about Huff..and im pretty sure Huff wont have a hard time beating Stu out.. |

The Lions, Texans, Browns, and Cardinals have all been on their way up as well (for many years in fact). Until they get "up", we'll just consider them what they are....bottom feeders.
Oakland is looking better ON PAPER, thus far....but almost anything is an improvement for a 2-14 team that averaged 10 points per game.

I actually think this is a great fit for Donovan Darius. Next to Huff, I think he is going to fit in very nicely for Oakland. This is a team on its way up and adding Darius to an already top 10 defense is pretty solid.
