Ouch. I really hope I'm wrong and Moss ends up being worth every penny but I don't see what's he proven to be a $5M/yr WR. I have a feeling this is going to come back to haunt us just like Coles' contract & Brunnell.

Yeah, it seems kinda high to me too for a guy who hasn't really done that much IMO. We'll just have to wait and see, and hope that he earns it.

From an outsiders point of view i have always liked S. Moss. Kinda sad to see hin on your team...but i still like him. If you QB can get in rythem with him you will be glad you payed every penny for him... _________________

That contract doesn't bother me that much he's only 25 and in 2003 he's shown he can put up big numbers if you can get him the ball.

That contract seems like a typical Snyder contract.
Seems high but hope for the best.
6 year 31 million.
He probably wanted somewhere in the area of 27 to 30 million and Snyder said "I'll give you 31 million, So you know who you are dealing with"
You know how Snyder works. Like when he told Coles "I'll give you 13 million signing bonus instead of the 10 you are asking for. So you know who you are dealing with." _________________ If you can read this, thank a teacher.

It'll be well worth it when he's blowing by that pathetic secondary in Big D.

you're the one who better keep the dream alive. Newman is not that great of a corner, Willams is a very good safety especially against the run but is very average against the pass and could you refresh my mermory as to who you're other 2 starters are, considering it looks like you'll be using Aaron Glenn who is just about finished as a nickelback? |

The other corner will be A.Henry and probably K. Davis at FS.
Not that it really matters when playing the Redskins. _________________ If you can read this, thank a teacher.

you're right because when Moss and Patten run through gaping holes in the secondary it's going to look like you have nobody at those positions.
