Reno Mahe The Heart of an Eagle

A Fan's Letter to "The True Peoples Champ":

Dear Reno,

How will Philadelphia ever move on with out our sprit, our heart, our Inspiration? Reno why did you go? we may never know. How do we cope as a city with out our champ, with out our people's champ? we may never cope. as the Eagles prepare do go to battle in 2007 with out you, a lot of question are left to be answered. We added depth to our backfield through the draft, but the emptiness is to great to ignore with out you . We know you went on to bigger better things such as opening your own chain of bento stands across America, and we all respect that. My next Question is , how do we repay you for your services in Philadelphia? There are statues of you being raised through out the city of Philadelphia as if we were Rome honoring Julias Cesar. The number 34 you made so famous will be retired shortly . Also we will have 3 times a year a Reno appreciation day through out the city of Philadelphia. Your Locker will always be your Locker, it has been gated off and Shrine with a Bronze statue of your head is proudly on display as your team mates bring candles and flowers by to lay at the base of your locker . this are all small steps in showing how much we cared about you as a player , as "The Peoples Champ", but as a person. Watching a Pre-season game with out you Reno may be the hardest thing I will ever do in my life, but I know you would only want your fans and the great city of Philadelphia to be happy, we will try our best. in closing this, We wish the best for you and your family but always know your spirit will fly with us every Sunday and you will always , always, always be a Philadelphia Eagle

Want to look like a Champ, you got to Dress like a Champ, take this tip from Reno

Recovered a timely fumble on a kickoff by Chiefs returner Dante Hall in the 4th qtr. at KC (10/2/05). The fumble recovery positioned the Eagles on the Chiefs 25-yard line and led to a TD to put the Eagles ahead by 10 with 9:01 left to play
