I would love to have lists so I can monitor listed prospects to learn more about them. Post your damn listings of Jets' needs or most coveted prospects here.
For me, so far I know of Clement, Hobson and Coleman are in the contact year and Ellis, Robertson, Barton and Vilma will have either 2 or 3 years left on contact entering 2008 season. Weak positions are possibly WR, RT, OG, DE, OLB, NT and S.
RT-
Jake Long, Michigan
Gosder Cherilus, Boston College.
OG-
Andrew Crummey, Maryland
Brandon Rodd, Arizona State. (Hawaiian dude)
DE-
Chris Norwell, Illinois (DT)
Nick Hayden, Wisconsin (DT).
NT-
Frank Okam, Texas
Red Bryant, Texas A&M
OLB-
Brian Cushing, Southern California
Quentin Groves, Auburn (DE).
WR-
Malcom Kelly, Oklahoma
Ernie Wheelwright, Minnesota.
S- Any one.
If Vilma is dumped, ILB-
Rey Maualuga, Southern California
James Laurinaitis, Ohio State. |

For now, yes.
However, Jets may lose one undisclosed pick and gain one undisclosed pick depend on what NFL will project on Bollinger(Gain) and Hamilton (Lose) |

I wouldn't leave out DeShaun Jackson from Cal. He's probably the biggest playmaker coming out of the draft next year.
And if both Andre Dyson and Justin Miller prove they can't hack it, look out for Antoine Cason from MY U of A around picks 10-16ish, maybe sooner.

O man i love Cason but i think the possibilities of getting him would be a wet dream...he has the most potential of any CB we've seen since Champ entered the draft...he will go top 5
