ESPN and Washington post pointing out the redskins latest search for talent. a 6'9" 240lb basketball standout on his way to play professional bball in spain. Rod FLowers.
I love that Gibbs is doing everything he can despite the poor cap situation we are in to find the talent to make this team a winner.

The article also mentioned that Washington is speaking to Oakland about Philli Buchanon which I dont believe is true but you never know what Dan Snyder is doing on the phone when Gibbs isn't around. |

| I love it too. I don't know if that's normal procedure or not, but I think it shows a very serious commitment to improving the team. |

| Very, very interesting. I wonder if the Redskins are going to go through with this and actually sign a player through this process. I'm also curious as to any trades that the Redskins may make. It'd be nice to trade down but there's no telling as to what Gibbs and Snyder have up their sleeves. |

Well as much as I want to see a TE thats like 6'10 for a huge target but I think a guy that hasn't played football is a way in the wrong direction. There are players in the NBA riding the bench that size that probably did play football in college or high school. i also wan't to see the 6'9 WR Kyle Ingram from Purdue play WR in the but his 4.8 speed may be a concern unless he can lower it to about 4.6. _________________ POINT PROVEN!!!! |
