Easily Derek Lowe, I'm sure Schmidt will be a common answer, but i don't think he'll have more than Lowe. Lowe with 16 and Schmidt with 13/14.

Agreed. Your pitching is pretty dang good. While your lineup isn't spectacular, neither is anybody else's in the West. I guess the Rockies have a good lineup, but their pitching is horrendous. You shouldn't have any real problem taking the West.

Another Dodgers fan! Excellent!

I tried to start a Dodgers thread last season and had no real response.

I'll be onboard again this season.

I'm a huge Dodgers fan, I think they'll make it far this year.

Now that Chad Billingsley is out of the question for the 5th starter job, I hope that Hong-Chih Kuo gets it.

Derek Lowe will have the most wins, simply because Jason Schmidt will miss at least four or five starts.

However, I do agree that the Dodgers will win the NL West. Behind the Twins, they are my second favorite team.

Martin with a walkoff grand slam in the 10th.

We also hold the top record in baseball at the moment--I don't know if that'll keep up, but at least we're playing excellent ball to start.

DOWN ON THE FARM!

Jonathan Meloan [Double-A]: 5-2, 2.17 ERA, 0.83 WHIP, 15 SV's, 57 K's, 13 BB's, 37.1 IP, .142 BAA
Clayton Kershaw [Low-A]: 7-2, 1.72 ERA, 1.13 WHIP, 91 K's, 35 BB's, 68.0 IP, .179 BAA
Blake DeWitt [High-A]: .293, 7 HRs, 35 RBIs, 39 Runs, 23 2B's
Joshua Bell [Low-A]: .286, 8 HRs, 39 RBIs, 38 Runs, 18 2B's

Meloan and Kershaw are some stud pitching prospects.

How secure is the starting job for James Loney? He has been batting fantastic in his brief appearances this season.
