Sensational fightback. India's bowling attack is schoolboy though, seriously crap.

Absolutely shocking news to hear about Phillip Hughes' death.

Can't help but think there will a complete overhaul to cricket players safety regarding helmets.

Devastating, both for anyone involved in the sport, and for the sport as a whole.

I just can't believe that something like this happened during the game I love. Truly heartbreaking on so many levels.

It's a horrible thing to happen. I know bowling close to the batsman has become a part of the sport, and it's all part of the psychology of games these days, but this is still an unforeseeable tragedy.

And we shouldn't forget the bowler in all of this either:

He has to be going through hell too, feeling responsible for something that was truly an awful accident.

So awful, a total tragedy. I honestly am not sure what can change about helmets to protect that area of the neck. Think its just a freak, one off.

It is a one off.

I mean unless they give them helmets resembling early 1900s deep 5 sea divers you can't possibly account for every outcome.

I mean just to show how freak it was, look at Stuart Broad or the countless baseball players who are drilled at 90mph and survive.

This was the result of a tragic set of sequences. They said in medical history only 100 cases of this injury have ever been recorded.

Yeah it's the Aussie tri-series. CWC starts in about a month.
