Lavar Arrington is 100% untradable the cap hit would make Coles' cap hit look like my kids allowance. Reading his rant in the post killed me, this is just another thing we do not need.

No doubt, I wish I was treated as poorly as he thinks he has been!! If anything he should feel lucky that makes all the $$ he does based on POTENTIAL. He may get paid like studs like Urlacher or Ray Lewis, but he has yet to show that type of consistent leadership and play.
