Since there was a tie, we will give the edge to the higher seed, unless to many people have a problem with that. Therefore, Texas is the winner.

I can understand that you're bitter. It was partly because of the higher ranking that I gave Texas the edge, and because of the win in the regular season. So all signs pointed to Texas.
