Three O-linemen on the first day and one of them being a C when The Lions already signed Raiola to a long term deal and are happey with how he plays? sorry but that will not happen. There are plenty of good O linemen in round #2 who could play OG, if we do take Joe thomas in the first then I suspect that we will avoid interior linemen untill the second round, hopefully we will pick Mike Otto in round five, and FYI Kalil may be rated as the best C in this draft but I like Datish from OSU better.

minnesota can't trade up to the three with only giving up a future 3rd and 5th...actually they couldn't even trade up by giving this years 3rd and 5th!!...they'd have to give #7, #39, #71 or their 3rd and 5th next year. I wish we could only give up those picks but we cant

Your draft order is off after round 1. You can get the correct draft order at www.thehuddlereport.com for free.

Also I like this web page www.steelersalarycap.com for a really great steelers salary cap. Pittsburgh has more money than most people think. Plus OC Jeff Hartins retired saving Pittsburgh 3.6 milion on this years cap.

IMO the Steelers should trade down in the 1st round to get an addition 2nd round pick. Then they should try and pick up a DE/OLB, OG and ILB in the first 2 rounds. I would also like to see RB Brian Leonard fall to Pittsburgh. I just really like him.

Daniel Graham signs with Cincinnati
Justin Smith signs with St. Louis

Danial Graham A+
Justin smith-Bengals have stated they plan on tagging him if they can reach long term deal

8. Cincinatti: Quentin Moses, DE/OLB, Georiga
OLB-Pick could work but as a DE won't since bengals plan on keeping justin.

Timmons or Pos would be better here.

50. Cincinatti: Chris Houston, CB, Arakansas

Super pick but bengals probbley have burn a 1st to get him which i'd be fine with.

Desmong bishop or Earl Everett, probbley be better here.

111. Cincinatti Bengals---Marvin White---S---TCU

Like postion don't know much about player...but i'd be happy with safety all same...Paul soliai be nice if hes still on the board.

Everybody is using the old list and today in ESPN they posted there new one. I think why they have adjusted the cap figures is due to players hitting there incentives and bonuses that in turn make it a Forwarded Cap Adjustment. Dont know how accurate this it is but its pretty close as per John Clayton.

Round 1
27. New Orlenas: Lawrence Timmons, OLB, Florida State

Round 2
59. New Orleans: Zach Miller, TE, ASU

ROUND THREE
90. New Orleans Saints (from PHI)---Marcus Thomas---DT---Florida
91. New Orleans Saints---Travarous Bain---CB---Hampton

ROUND FOUR
118. New Orleans Saints (from KC)---Jason Hill---WR---Washington State
123. New Orleans Saints---Joe Newton---TE---Oregon State

If this is how the Saints offseason progresses...I may pre-order my Superbowl tickets now. The Saints' defense would instantly turn into a top 10 defense with the addition of Briggs, Samuels, and Timmons. Bain would make an excellent nickle CB...and may develop into something more. The the Saints fix the only weakness on their offense by taking the best TE in the draft in the 2nd round. Joe Newton would make a good 4th round selection. I am not sure about Jason Hill or Marcus Thomas. Jason Hill didn't have a good Senior Bowl week, and Marcus Thomas is a drug abuser. The Saints don't get guys like that.

Granted I would love all that except for the 2 TE's for the Saints I don't think it will happen. Briggs and Samuels together will costs us about half our available cap space with contracts. But if it does happen well nothing will really stop us from the Super Bowl next year... except maybe Tom Brady getting traded to the Chargers....

as a packer fan, here are my thoughts.

First off, we wouldn't sign a FS in free agency, because we have Nick Collins, we need a SS, and Hamlin is a FS.

Second, in the second round we won't take a OL, especially with Z. Miller and G. Olsen on the board. We had 3 rookie OL start (including 2 G) last year and are looking good. We'll draft Miller then Olsen in round 2 if available. If not then we'll look at CB.

other than that good for the PACKERS!

Your Cleveland Minnesota trade is ridiculous. You must be a Vikings fan. Minnesota would give at least a 2nd rounder this year and probably a second and third next.

Great Saints' selections. One suggestion: replace Marcus Thomas with Kareem Brown in the third. Sean Payton will not draft Thomas with his substance abuse issues, as he twice violated team rules last fall and was kicked off Florida's national champions.
