why would we get a CB for falcons. we have 2 good starting CB's what we need is a FS. if nelson and Landry is both gone before us like in your draft you can bet money on it we go after RB WR OL or DE. or else takeing Jimmy Wiliams will be a worthles pick.

I read a while back that if the Falcons took a cornerback, they would move Jimmy Williams from cornerback to safety.

And, with Nelson and Landry both off of the board, the best defensive back available was Darrelle Revis. I think it's a pick that would work out nicely, personally.

Nice Draft man... I guess great minds think alike because I just made the exact same picks above. It changed only when I had Gaines over Anderson, and then with the Vikings pick. I really like Landry but with our current situation at WR, Dwayne Jarrett has to be the guy in my opinion.

It's crazy that all of our NFC north picks were identical... maybe you thought long and hard about Jarrett to the Vikes too.
Anyways good job.

Thanks for the comments.

I considered giving the Vikings Jarrett, and I've seen that in a lot of mock drafts, but I really wanted to change that one up to see what some Vikings fans thought about going another route, with Landry.

Nah Jimmy isn't moveing to FS all the coach's have said we drafted him for CB and thats what he does well. with the draft how you got it we would get Gaines Adams.

I've always found that suggestions are more helpful than empty critisisms.

I think WR is a good pick here with whats available, but id rather have Meachem because he has better speed. The cowboys need a young WR with some speed.

i like landry, but looking at your draft i couldnt think of a WR that is good that would have slipped to the vikes in the second. if we could get a good WR in the second, then its a good pick.

Great Lions pick.

Drafting Thomas would allow us to move Backus to RT or even LG and significantly strengthen our OL.

Well from what i can tell no Vikings fans want a S. so just give thier FS too us it's not Nelson like we want but hey it's atleast the right position that we need and Landry is pretty solid himself.

Assuming we don't re-sign Briggs, I am content with this pick.
