1. Oak- Calvin Johnson(WR). (He won't cost as much as a QB or RB and is the safest pick in the draft.)

2. Minn(from Det)- JaMarcus Russell(QB). (The next Daunte?)

3. Cle- Joe Thomas(OT). (Have to protect the QB.)

4. TB- Brady Quinn(QB). (Gruden needs a QB to mold to save his job and it's neither Simms or Gradkowski.)

5. Ariz- Jamaal Anderson(DE). (Hello to Simeon's replacement.)

6. Wash- Alan Branch(DT). (Skins want to run and stop the run, Branch is ideal.)

7. Det(from Minn)- Reggie Nelson(S). (They wanted Sean Taylor a few years ago, Nelson may be better.)

8. NYG(from Hou)- Adrian Petersen(RB). (Giants sell the house again to move up and replace Tiki with a big name.)

9. Mia- Gaines Adams(DE). (Maybe not a need, but he slips and is insurance for Jason Taylor)

10. Tenn(from Atl)- Dwayne Jarrett(WR). (His workouts will be fine and Chow knows him.)

11. SF- Ted Ginn Jr(WR). (His potential is too much to pass up.)

12. Buf- Leon Hall(CB). (To replace the departed Nate Clements.)

13. StL- Charles Johnson(DE). (His workouts will push him into the top 15.)

14. Car- LaRon Landry(S). (Helps to solidify the secondary.)

15. Pit- Quentin Moses(DE/LB). (A 3/4 DE/LB who is perfect for the Steeler system.)

16. GB- Marshawn Lynch(RB). (A no brainer addition.)

17. Jax- Paul Posluszny(LB). (Your defense can never be too good and the Petersen injury exposed some depth issues.)

18. Cin- Amobi Okoye(DT). (Bengals want a big DT and Okoye falls to them.)

19. Atl(from Tenn)- Levi Brown(OT). (Trade down and still get the guy Petrino wants.)

20. Hou(from NYG)- Chris Houston(CB). (They committed to D last year and continue again this year.)

21. Den- Daymeion Hughes(CB). (Sadly a need now.)

22. Dal- Robert Meachem(WR). (No Parcells, I think no T.O. also.)

23. KC- Sidney Rice(WR). (Need someone to offer a downfield threat.)

24. NE- Patrick Willis(LB). (Pats always take best available player.)

25. NYJ- Jarvis Moss(DE/LB). (Best edge rusher available.)

26. Phi- Lawrence Timmons(LB). (OLB is in serious need.)

27. NO- Marcus McCauley(CB). (Hopefully will get less airtime than Fred Thomas.)

28. NE- Dwayne Bowe(WR). (Should fit in immediately.)

29. Balt- Darelle Revis(CB). (Samari isn't getting younger or better and Revis can return punts.)

30. SD- Anthony Gonzalez(WR). (The only need for SD and a perfect fit.)

31. Chi- Greg Olsen(TE). (A good blocker and 3rd down move-the chains guy.)

32. Indy- Michael Griffin(S). (A Bob Sanders insurance/compliment player.)

All comments welcome.........

I really like Okoye to the Bengals.....but not with Patrick Willis on the board. If Willis is there at 18, he is a Bengal.

bad bucs pick if gruden draft a QB round 1 he will lose his job cause that means he will be in rebuilding stage and will have to teach Quinn his playbook which takes aolid 2-3 years to get down so thats why hes sticking with Simms cause he knows the playbook. Best pick there would be gaines adams or jamaal anderson.

Bad Vikings pick. Childress has already stated that we won't take first day QB, which means there is definitely no chance of us trading up. Plus, we drafted Jackson last year, so we don't need another young QB.

25. NYJ- Jarvis Moss(DE). (Best edge rusher available.)

We need a solid 3-4 DE more then a edge rusher. Adam Carikker with his already dominant senior bowl performances, is the pick.

Millen says the lions aren't taking a QB, but if Russell was there I highly doubt they would trade down and reach for Reggie Nelson.
The Lions will take Russell if they have the chance. Kitna is like 35, they only won 3 games with him, and I think he threw like 22 INT's

Same deal with Houston. They would take Peterson for sure if he was available. Especially after missing on Reggie Bush!
Trade all the way down to twenty? To reach for Chris Houston who I haven't seen in any first rounds!

I like a lot of your picks but these trades are just awful, I guess you're not saying what other picks or players are involved.

Absolutely TERRIBLE... This would cost Tennessee probably their 1st round pick from next year to move up or at least 2nd round and more in this years draft....and without drafting defense in round one (DB's, DL's) they would not be a playoff team next year..they would regress to about 6-10 area.

Wr in this draft is pretty deep, they will look to address that hole if need be in the later rounds...3rd on..

Moses to the Steelers isn't a bad move but I think Woodley is a better fit considering he's played both DE and OLB during his college career and has a good deal of experience, and results, at both positions. Plus, after a subpar season this year, Moses hasn't really solidified himself as a late first rounder let alone a mid first rounder.

I think Moss is a good pick for the Jets but as a OLB. You have to understand a teams defensive scheme before you just make their pick. 250 pound defensive end do not play DE in a 3-4 defense. But if he moves to OLB like the pick.

Now this is a FREAK'N great mock. I love the trade and the pick of the Lions. G. Adams would be a nice pick here too.
