      they are a really fun team, especially when they defend. The Celtics are chokers and are beatable. I'll definitely be rooting for them. I really love watching TJ McConnell as well. Pacers gotta defend though, and rebound.

      I think most people have some variance in length but I don't think that 25% have it to the point it is significant enough to point out or impact their daily life. Supposedly its a decent amount different in length and I don't really know how that will effect him given he did pretty well with it at BC, it could be a bigger issue against better talent.

      Bring back two former players (1 offense, 1 defense)

      I thought, why not follow the rules and see what we can find. But honestly, it takes a lot of digging to find anyone really worth adding. Even after digging, there's really just a handful. For the Titans, there's not a lot on offense. About the best offensive non-Pro Bowlers I could find were Nate Washington and Drew Bennett. Either one would be looking at WR3 status in all likelihood, but I will say, having Nate Washington behind Hopkins and Ridley, and with Boyd, NWI, and Burks behind him would make the Titans WR group legitimately one of the better groups in the NFL. Not top 5 or anything, but in the top 10ish. Washington was a productive receiver. On defense, I didn't realize that Derrick Morgan never made the Pro Bowl, but he was a great Edge for years, so he'd be a fantastic addition to the Titans roster, and would immediately be a starting Edge across from Landry. Key and Weaver/Harrell/Murphy would finally give the Titans a respectable group on the Edge. DaQuan Jones was about the second best option I could find. Too bad all the Titans' decent safeties made pro bowls.

      2024 Offseason Tracker

      Definitely a loss but I feel like his role is significantly easier to find replacements for than many others. Not to say its easy, but finding a financial guy who can learn how the cap works is easier than finding someone with a keen eye for talent in the draft or an ability to develop that talent. I am glad our front office is getting recognition and losing people because that means you are successful but will be a new era for Holmes/DC to show how they can replace and develop other guys.

      Don't think we have to worry about it. He's out there doing the interview thing which tells me he's not the preferred guy for Fitz. Otherwise Fitz would have signed him. It's Keefe and then Woodcroft in my opinion. I forgot where I saw it, but I'm positive reports were that Woodcroft's interview went extremely well.

      Right now we are sitting at 18.8 in cap space for next year. Assume 4.8 for Mercer based on Dobber projection. That leaves 14. Less appropriate cap hit of acquired goalie. I'm not really sure what to go with here. I think 5-6 is pretty fair to say as that covers the main 3 goalies who make sense as targets (Ullmark, Saros, Markstrom). So 8-9 left. I'd assume Hatakka is on a two way deal, as are Daws / Schmid, so not going to worry about that too much. I think Foote maybe gets a one way deal. I'm just going to round it to 1m. 7-8 left. Assuming that they put Lazar in the middle on the 4th line. Not sure what they want to do with the 7th D man. Don't like using that for someone caught between NHL / AHL, so I'd rather re-sign Desimone for that role if we don't acquire a better player that pushes Bahl into that role. As Desimone is the cheapest option right now, I'll do that and just round up to 1M. That's 6-7 left to play with on a roster that would look something like this? Bratt - Nico - Timo ???? - Jack - Mercer Palat - Haula - Holtz Foote - Lazar - Bastian MacDermid Siegs - Dougie Luke - Marino Bahl - Nemec Desimone Ullmark / Saros / Markstrom Allen

      2024 Team Outlook

      I'm fully onboard with giving Sean the chance because we paid a ransom for a coach, I'm just saying when you do that kind of thing, it should be because the results will come quickly. Otherwise it's idiotic to give up a first round pick for a the hope that a coach will fix the team 5 years in.
