im flattered 
and IndyColt, this does look legit to me, and he has 98% positive feedback. if it is a fake, you can report him, and you'd only be loosing what, like $2?
and if you dont want to do that, did you download the trial versions yet?
I downloaded the trial of CS and CS2, so you'll have photoshop for 60 days
