| Other than your overwhelming and irrational bias for Notre Dame players I have no comments for this... |

Why have Quinn on the roster if we are wasting a top pick on another QB? Thats just leaving the door open for yet another QB controversy down the road. What happens if Quinn starts next season and has 30 TD's and 10 picks? Where does that leave Clausen? _________________

So you want me to trade both Quinn and Anderson? |

at least quinn is pretty
i still think brady is our qb of the future and i'm not for drafting a qb high this year
ship DA out and have a mid-late round qb come on to the roster
getting anderson out of cleveland is important not just because he sucks, but because it gets rid of that BQ-DA saga that will always exist if both are on the roster |

Derek Anderson's completion percentage is six points lower than JaMarcus Russell.

How do we have 11 draft picks, trade for another one, and only draft 10 players? _________________ Hey #17, I will buy a whole box of your favorite candy bars for you if you hold on to the ball in 09.

I really don't see this org taking a qb in the first round while there are just so many holes that need filling. I can see us trading down - especially if we are in the top 5; which on one hand would tick me off, but on the other hand probably be our best bet.
Free agency - the main deals we should go after
qb - clemmens or culpepper (yes I said culpepper - would be a great pick to help rebuild)
dt - j peppers - guy has an a good 4 years left. Spend the money - use him to supplement the development of younger guys thru the draft.
With that - I say we trade down to early middle round for another 2nd and a 5th and follows:
1 - ILB mcclain
2 - WR gyliard or lafell (prefer Williams but he should be gone in 1st)
2 (trade down) - OT beadles, young or Davis (in that order)
3 - RB mathews (frsno) or dixon (miss st)
3 (nyj trade) - TE dixon (Oregon)
4 - OG John jerrry |

If our new gm who ever he may be can trade DA for a 5th round pick. I will drink his cool aid for ever no matter what else he does. That would be the worst trade ever made for the other team. That's how bad DA sucks.
I was someone that was on the fence as far as DA goes but not anymore. _________________

Awful. 3 straight picks from ND?
I agree with the other comments, why keep Quinn and draft a QB in the 1st round? All that will lead to is another QB controversy.
Use this years picks to fill holes and find some playmakers, focus on a QB in 2011. _________________
