Good news for Forsett? I think Edge will find another team. _________________

Come back to Indy! Hey, brown's got a shoulder sprain (something that could linger all year) plus he could retire a Colt. _________________

| I think Edgerrin James is like 40 yards behind Marshall Faulk as well on the all time rushing yards list. I wonder if anyone will give Edge a shot to surpass Faulk. |

I don't like it when guys do what Edge are doing. He should really retire now because he clearly cannot play at an NFL level anymore. _________________

It's always easier said than done. If Brett Favre, Derrick Mason, Jeremiah Trotter, Junior Seau, and hordes of other NFL players who have "retired" then unretired are any indication of their love and commitment to football, I don't know what is. It's hard to walk away from the one thing that has defined you your entire life. And besides, Edge was looking half decent last year, I'm sure a team will give him a shot. _________________

Stick a fork in him, because he is done. _________________

He is the only back to rush for over 1000 yards in Arizona in donkeys years.
He has been stuck behind terrible offensive lines for the last 3+ seasons.
He can still be a quality 3rd down back, he blocks really well, he catches the ball well and he rarely fumbles or loses yards.
I do not think anyone will give him a chance, but they should, he could still be a 4.0 YPC back. _________________

Being a Seahawks fan I can tell you that he still runs hard and gives good effort. But he has no burst or speed left and can't cut at all.
Still pass blocks and picks up the blitz superbly. Between Edge, Julius Jones and Justin Forsett I would put the pass blocking or our RBs up against anyone's - too bad there's a little more to playing the position. |

Talk about a player who has slipped. I remember when he was a legit top 5 running back in the league, now he just bounces around from team to team, it's a shame really. _________________ If you're reading this you have nothing better to do. |

That defines a career for a RB on the other side of 30.
James can still be a solid role player for a team, he could be a Chester Taylor like player for somebody. Come in on third downs and block and catch. |
