Fellow Fins fans, I want you all to think about one key thing for this weekend's game: Perimeter Run Defense.

I'm "wicha" 52
We need to be able to throw & throw early.
Teams are gettin hip to the WC & how to stop it.
I'm thinking that the longer it takes us on Sun & throughout the season to throw effectively (notice my choice of words) the
less success we'll yield in the WC.

just an opinion

Ohh... So then that means the Patriots will be kicking off a lot too then? You just better hope that your kicker can put it through the endzone everytime or else Ginn will run back every single one he touches this game.

I forgot about that, kicking out of bounds FTW :-&

Come on now, its not like youre the playing the Browns or something. Atleast with the Pats its somewhat plausable.

its possible, but after hanging with the colts and saints you guys dont scare us as much. Plus we have only had 1 year (07) where we couldnt compete with you guys.

Sounds like you don't know the history of this rivalry very well. The Dolphins and Patriots always play eachother very hard, no matter how good either team is. It's always a close match that either team can win. The Patriots very rarely "blow out" the Dolphins, and the Dolphins very rarely "blow out" the Patriots. Hell, 9 out of 10 seasons we split the series with eachother.

Gotta respect the Dolphins a little more, mate. Coming in here and telling us you will blow us out isn't really a plausible prediction and makes you just seem like a cocky jerk. I don't mind if you come in here and predict a victory. Hell, most fans do blindly pick their team every week. At least don't pretend the Dolphins will be easy foes. I imagine this game being VERY close. Like many Dolfans have already pointed out, we have already played two better offense's than yours (Indianapolis and New Orleans), and managed to keep it close. I highly doubt New England runs away with this one.

Not unless you want to include the spread. I like Miami's chances to beat the spread this week.

Way I see it, there are 2 outcomes:

1. New England air attack gives us early lead and forces Miami to pass. Pats FTW 38-14

2. Miami runs ball all day long while Pats passing game keeps them in it. In the end, we still win. Pats FTW 28-24

1. Won't happen. Sparano will not play into New England's hands.

2. While you're clearly dismissive of them, I happen to like Miami's chances going this route.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! The first one is just lol. It won't happen (or, rather, has a very little chance to happen... anything is technically possible in the NFL).

While the second one is more accurate, and how I envision the game to go, there is a very real chance Miami wins this game. While my prediction remains a New England victory, we CAN win this game... don't forget what the Jets did to you and we beat them twice. The chances of us winning are better than you would probably like. You guys may be 5-2 and us 3-4, but you've had a MUCH easier schedule than us so far. If we had your schedule, we could very easily be 5-2 too.

YUP !.... This ain't Rocket Science !
We all know (including Sporano) BB isn't stupid enough to taunt any kind of a close gm with Mia.
He will go to the air & make us play from behind making the clock our own worst enemy & expose our crappy pass Off.

Bellacheat isn't going to repeat & not be prepared this time.
As someone said earlier we don't flop CBs but they flop WRs.

* It is imperative our D look for the big pass play early like we did against N.O.

* NE will also at some point utilize some backfield trickery. (it's comin Rolling Eyes) to test our young CBs.

That team knows how to execute when they see opportunity.

I am definitely opposed to ANY ALL OUT BLIZES against Brady that give him more passing lanes.
We have to get it done with 5 & no more than an an occasional 6 pass rushers.
He is too good & will make us pay otherwise.
He thrives on blitzing Defenses.
