Wow, things are going surprisingly well. Lance Kendricks taking a end around 53 yards is ridiculous, and John Clay fumbles and still scores a touchdown. Laughing

Well it doesn't hurt that Purdue's receivers decided to take the day off. I'm pumped about dominating someone but this win isn't as good as it's going to look.
Players drop passes, god knows we've seen enough of them as Titans fans. It could've been a lot worse had we kept John Clay in there in the second half. I'm going to say the final score is a pretty solid indicator of how the game played out.

Finally we are in the AP top-25 at 24. #21 in the BCS rankings. We have a real chance to run the table the rest of the year which would certainly put us in a good bowl game.

@Indiana will be a pretty tough game because IU looks like a completely different team this year than the past.

Yeah they've been playing with lots of energy out there like all year. Indiana is no joke this year but certainly I expected to win by more than a score. But, looks like game over, a wins a win. 7-2. Very Happy

Montee Ball was a stud out there today as was Clay though he looked a bit hobbled out there. Scary future at the running-back position. I wouldn't be surprised if Zach Brown transfers after this season because I think Erik Smith and Montee Ball are the better players. Clay-Ball-Smith that's a nasty trio right there for now and the future. This year has been great but I can't help but think of next season and how we have a real shot at the Big Ten Title.

Just a question in terms of BCS, what are the tiebreakers in the Big 10 that would put us ahead of Ohio State and Iowa.

Let say Ohio State loses to Penn State this week and Iowa loses to Ohio State next week. Even though both of them beat us, would they be ahead of us in terms of getting a BCS bowl game if they were ranked behind us in the BCS standings?

Excellent performance today. The defense may have been suspect at times but all in all we held them to 24 points and less than 300 yards so I can't complain. As for the offense, they completely dominated Michigan all day long. The 1-2 duo of Clay and Ball was quite effective once again and Tolzien looks back into form going for 5 td's. Pretty clear Toon is the #1 guy as he came up with some big plays including a great grab for his second TD.

I must say, I'm very happy with this team, they've played well and if they continue to do so we'll be 10-2 and in a very good bowl game. Northwestern will be a test and Ryan stadium has always spelled trouble for us but I think in the end it will be a W as Clay is to much for them. If only we could have beat OSU or Iowa, then we would be competing for the Rose bowl, ah well...

I look into those eyes and just see a monster.
Very Happy
