everybody had high hopes on him...a little too high IMO. does this mean he'll start at #2 next year

I think the Jets should have made an offer to him. They need help at WR desperately.

They really should not have. They would have given us a 2nd round pick, which is soooooooo not worth giving up for an 18 catch guy over the past 3 guys.

If we resign him, It better be a cap friendly deal. I am not as high as most are on this forum, hes a slot guy at best imo

Thank god the Jets didn't send a 2nd Round pick to Dallas for this guy... Austin is probably a little underrated, but he will never be a #1 or even a good #2 WR.
