Police Station dropped the charges and now Whitner is going to file a lawsuit against them.

The bigger story is that he has only 2 INTs in his career. Shocked

Seriously, that is crazy. I imagine they were looking for a little bit more production from the 8th overall pick.

2 INT's is pretty bad, but its better then Michael Huff's 1 INT. They are both pretty big disappointments so far, but Whitner has played much better. At least he isn't of contact.

Whitner is nowhere near disappointing. Michael Huff is just straight up atrocious. Whitner is a excellent tackler and is decent in coverage. Michael Huff just sucks.smh.Such talent goes to waist. Maybe it's just the Raiders?

Whitner plays in the box 9 out of 10 times. You can't expect a guy to have high INT totals when hes playing up in run support. This year he's going to play Free, so we'll see exactly what he can do in terms of his playmaking abilities.

I find this pathetic, his cousin was going to get jumped and he was fighting his way to get to him and he gets tasered and charged just because he is a big strong guy. I'm glad Whitner is sueing them!!

First thing I thought of as well and reminded my good friend who is a Bills fan. What a freakin hit that was.

If he gets suspended than Buffalo is already really limping into the season...and that's not counting any injuries that may occur.

Whats up with all the Bills players, and other players getting arrested. I am a Bills fan, but if your going to be up to nothing but trouble and carry guns without permits, etc. and get arrested, then you shouldnt be able to be in the NFL. A perfect example, "Donte Stallworth", was drunk out of his mind and killed someone in Miami 2 weeks ago. He shouldnt be able to play in the NFL, plus he sucks. But if your carrying a gun for protection I can also understand that.
