I never liked Raymond, I much preferred David Ball.

Herm is done coaching and joining ESPN.
I think this is a good move. He couldnt cut it as a HC in the NFL. He took two good teams and made them average to poor.
Great guy... just not ready for HC yet.

I always saw him as a tv personality, because he is just made for that. But I think he still could have been a good position coach somewhere, he was a fine secondary coach for Tampa back in the day.

The off-season is updated as we get closer to free agency. Quite a few updates added today.
