Alright guys...I think we go BPA with our final pick regardless of posistion.
Any idea who that might be? I think M7 would be a solid pickup for depth. He was a higher round pick in many mock drafts, so I'm surprised he's still around. Also, a Q would not a a horrible addition either for depth and ST.
Also, we need to look at 2 FA to fill our rosters. I say we bring back James Anderson, Donte Curry, or Jason Kyle at the 500k price. _________________

I'm up for BPA. An LB would be nice. _________________

Jason Williams is my vote for SLB and special teams depth. Juan Garcia can play OG as well as Center if we wanted to go that way. _________________

RG - Roger Allen
6-3 326 / Missouri Western
Small school sleeper. Says a lot that this guy was invited to the combine. Finished with a nearly 90% blocking consistency. Seems the 'real' Panthers organization is really interested in him:
"Allen hopes to be ready for Missouri’s pro day in Columbia on March 19 and Missouri Western’s on April 2. In the meantime, Allen still made the trip to Indianapolis and interviewed with just about every NFL team. The Carolina Panthers and Dallas Cowboys went a step further, inviting Allen to their suites for in-depth interviews with each team’s head coach, offensive-line coach, GM and scouts." - R.J. Let's go ahead and put a bid on Jason Williams.
Also, put bids on Curry and Kyle to fill up the roster. _________________

You may want to add that Jason Williams is a LB from Western Illinois on the post. _________________

Our (hopefully) 6th round pick had his pro day today. He was not invited to the combine. Here is a tidbit:
03/03/09 - Fourteen NFL teams were represented at Western Illinois’ pro scout day Tuesday as 12 former Leathernecks worked out in Western Hall. Linebacker Jason Williams posted the day’s best results in both the 40 and the vertical jump. His time of 4.49 seconds was .07 seconds faster than the quickest linebacker invited to last month’s NFL combine, and would have placed second among all cornerbacks and third among the safeties. His vertical jump of 39 inches was two inches better than any of the combine’s linebackers. Williams put up 26 repetitions in the bench press. Donaldson and Williams are the Leathernecks receiving the most attention from scouts leading up to the April 25-26 NFL Draft. Both of them received short individual workouts on Hanson Field at the conclusion indoor drills. NFL teams in attendance today were the Buccaneers, Browns, Chiefs, Colts, Dolphins, Eagles, Falcons, 49ers, Packers, Panthers, Patriots, Rams, Titans and Vikings. - Western Illinois football _________________
