How this works:
Team X has pick #20 in round five and bids on QB John Doe
Ten minutes later....
Team Y has pick #18 in round five and bids on QB John Doe
Twelve hours later....
Team Y gets QB John Doe as they have the higher pick.
Rules
You bid using your pick, any player drafted is signed to $275,000 contract, so less then the last pick in round four, but all picks are signed to the same amount.
You have to wait twelve hours, like in UFA, before you get a player*.
The highest pick is the winning bid for a player and they sign them, any college player who declared and was not drafted is available to be picked.
Any pick can only be used once, so even while bidding for multiple players team X can only use pick 20 of the 5th round once until the pick is out bid by some other team, and once a pick is used to draft a player teams can't use the pick again.
Let the bidding begin!
* If the team with pick #1 in round 5 selects a player, no one can beat them, so they don't have to wait until the 12 hours up, and that will then continue to pick #2 once pick #1 is done and so on and so forth. _________________
