This was at ESPN (the chart below not the comments). Browns sitting just under 9M even if they rework Courtneys contract i see this as a quiet FA season. Maybe make a offer to stone, baxter, chester taylor maybe one or two C level pieces and save up for a big off season next year after they get a chance to see this batch of rooks play a season.

Ok, that doesn't make any sense. As of last monday, the Browns had $19.8 million under the cap according to askthecommish.com... Dallas had $15.4 million under the cap. Dallas gave big contracts to 3 guys, and the Browns signed Andruzzi to a nice deal, but accorinding to ESPN, Dallas now has $11 million and the Browns have $8.9 million? How would the Cowboys possibly have more money than the Browns now after spending all that money.
Another thing is that according to Yahoo sports, after the Cowboys made all those signings, they now have $5 million under the cap... ESPN is either on an offday, or they got their info from some whacked source...
