First dude (this is to Gutterson), there is no way the Jets get a 1st AND a 2nd for Abe. Edge and Alexander could only garner 3rds.
Ngata is a terrible pick. Way too tall to play NT. He'd be a DE most likely, but probably not a great one.
Ernie Sims are you kidding? In the 1st round? He's early 2nd at the best. Plus he is undersized for the 3-4 OLB spot. We need a tweener and we can get a good one later.
Scott isn't going to fall like people think. He's extraordinarly athletic.
Law won't be back, but we have more important needs than getting a CB. You are having us put almost the exact same offense out on the field because of these picks. We need to put some youth on the offense.
Harrison is a decent pick, but we also need help at guard at that point.
Eslinger is a good pick.
No QB's in this draft! We're going to have 3 on our roster next year as it is considering we're interested in a veteran.
Will Allen is a good, yet unrealistic pick as he's more of a mid 3rd early 4th guy.
Don't know Austin.
Keith is a solid pick.
Vickers won't be available in the 7th, he's considered the top FB in the draft. B.J. Askew went in the 3rd and do you think he's as good as Vickers will be?
Bottom line, 3 of our first 4 picks will not be defensive players. They didn't struggle, the offense did and it effected our defense via time of possession. |
Gotta agree with spiel, sep i think if we cut a QB, a late round guy is fine with me, and since when to we respond to peoples posts with our own mock drafts? |

| The Ngata pick was stupid we should get D'Brick there and then we should get Max Jean-Giles instead of Jon Scott in the 2nd |
