If the 9ers take Huff they will start him out at corner, which is where he prefers to play anyways. I think Jimmy Williams will be there for us & we should take him. _________________

Oh, I didn't no he prefered CB. Hes played at safety more though right? And if so then wouldn't they want someone who usually plays CB like jimmy? And also, a CB still isn't a bigtime player, wouldn't they want an RB?? _________________

QB, RB, LT, CB, WR, & MLB all can fetch a ton of money in FA. Not every team considers this when drafting but teams like Philly do. Corners are the hardest to find in FA though. In most years there isn't even 1 really good corner available in FA. It is much easier to find a good Safety than it is a good corner. _________________

Ty Law is also over 30. Left Tackles are amongst the most valuable players in the league, which is why teams rarely ever let the good ones walk. The last I can really recall is Willie Roaf, who New Orleans let walk and has been making Pro Bowlers out of Priest Holmes & Larry Johnson ever since. _________________

i think he did. an elite LT can make your offense dominant in rush and pass. hence roaf helping out holmes and LJ. It's a hugely valuable position, and always has been. a number of LT's are taken in the 1st round every year. i don't know the stats, but i'm guessing that LT would be high up on the 1st rounders per position, up with the skill positions. _________________

well, actually, falcons front office appear to agree with you. they're not desperately concerned about LT, and are happy to leave it in the hands of a second-dayer. and who am i to say that they are wrong?

Well, tackles actually become more valuable for our scheme, hopefully, this yeear they'll let vick get outa the pocket and scramble more (see sig below) just like his magical rookie season... _________________
