That's GREAT news! We know that Burress was only interested in signing with either Baltimore, Minnesota or Washington.
Now that the Ravens are out of the picture, the Vikings can sign Burress...leaving MIKE WILLIAMS to come to Dallas!!! |

I just don't see it. I think that he fits the mold of Keyshawn and they are looking for a younger Terry Glenn. I'd say someone like Mark Clayton or Troy Williamson at #21 is more likely. I wouldn't mind Merriman and Williamson with our first two picks. |

I just don't get so many people's obsession with Mike Williams.
I would be MUCH happier if Braylon Edwards fell to us at #11, but that won't happen. He has played at a high level every year, and is faster than Williams.
Williams has only played 2 years of college ball, then sat out a year. Sure he has the size and jumping ability, but heck, if all we want is someone tall to go do jump balls, then we should just take Matt Jones in the 2nd-4th round somewhere. Assuming we can come up with a 3rd rounder, that would be a great spot to get Jones. Plus Jones is fast. |

What i heard was Burress wanted to sign with a team that played in warm weather, already had a good RB and TE in place and he could come in as th #1 WR. Can you say Chargers.. |

You obviously never watched MW play, did you? If watched him play football, you'd have a much different opinion of him.
Don't get me wrong, Braylon Edwards is very talented. I liked watching him play for Michigan, but there is a tremendous difference in pure talent between the two. Williams has Edwards beat in that department hands down. |

We must trade down and take Tuck and Williamson in the first. |
