Sig Help Please?

I know how you sig makers are about post count, but if you look at most of my posts, I feel they are high quality. My sig lists what I want in the sig, I can supply pics if needed (I believe I gave a list in Blkrider's thread).

Now I know I've already requested, but I've yet to get a yes, much less a no, so I was just wondering if anyone would make me the sig I want.
