From what I've heard, Saban has pretty much put the ball in Mularkey's court, offering him the job, he went back home to talk to his family and could have a descision by tonight!

I'd be happy with Mularkey as the OC.

Hey I'd be so happy. He is awsome coach. So I think he really could help us out. I'm also pretty sure Nick Saben understands what he is doing. He's the man. He'll turn this Dolphins team around.

If Mularky was the play caller in Buffalo, than I see great things for our offense. Yes, Evans didnt pick it up til later in the year, but he does favor the deep ball, and has his Moulds in Booker. (Veteran that will make the catch you need him to make) He should be able to work Ronnie and Ricky as a tandem, maybe a 60/40 thing.

I think it's a good move and one of the best possible options to replace Linehan!

He did a nice job as OC with the Steelers. Mularkey got good performances out of Kordell Stewart and Tommy Maddox which is no mean feat. I think his 2 year tenure with the Bills will make him more battle hardened and he'll be a good coach for you guys. Replacing Linehan won't be an easy task but Mularkey is up to it.

I would love the hiring. But the thing is, next year he mite want a head coaching job and we mite lose him only after 1 year like Linehan. I hope Saban protects him if he joins and makes sure he's the OC for the next couple of years.

He isn't much of a drop, if one at all, from Linehan, so I'd love this.

YAY!!! Great job Saban! I hope that Mularkey can bring something special to the Dolphins offense.

If we get Culpepper, imagine the type of destruction we'd set to defenses next year. Linehan's offense really came on when the Dolphins winning streak started, now that their used to it, let's hope it doesn't change that much.

Great hire in Mularkey.
