Why? You cant even get Image Ready without getting Photoshop. They come packaged together. I dont think you can get is separately...
And its the same, just a bit different in a few places...

Well, anyway.......My main question, is 'what tools do u use in order to make the amazing backgrounds that you display in your sigs?'
If u have a tutorial, plz post a link, I am still relatively new.

just use brushes that can be downloaded of of various sites which also have many tutorials, such as deviantart
