When Denver Runs: Edge Patriots. The Broncos are #2 in the league in rushing, averaging 158.7 yards per game. Mike Anderson is coming off of a sprained ankle but has had 3 weeks to recover. they will be facing an improved patriots front seven from the last time they met when denver ran for 178 yards. it is no secret that NE will try to stop the run by bringing up a safety, forcing Denver to beat them through the air. it is because of this i give them the edge though denver will still break 100 as a team.
When The Patriots Run: Edge Denver. The Patriots are ranked near the bottom of the league in rushing (24th) and will be facing a Denver run D that was 2nd in the league in yards allowed. throw in the fact that denver likes to jup to big leads and i dont see much opertunity for the run game to get into a rythm.
When Denver Passes: Edge Denver. This is by far the Patriots weakest point. it is also how the broncos beat them last time. though the broncos won't have starks to pick on ellis hobbs isn't much better. the patriots will probably load the box to stop the run daring Jake plummer to beat them through the air. No Mistake Jake can do just that. the broncos were ranked 18th in yards per game, 16th in comp % and 8th in yards per att, the patriots were ranked 31 in yards per game allowed, 30th in yards per att allowed, and 4th in comp %.
When New England Passes:Even. allready viewed by many as the broncos weakest point the broncos secondary will welcome back Darrent Williams. the patriots Passing Game was ranked 2nd in yards per game, 4th in yards per att, and 9th in comp %. the broncos were ranked 29th in yards per game, 10th in yards per att, and 3rd in comp%.
Final Score 31-24 Denver _________________ When you base your opinions off of facts instead of searching for facts that support your opinions you will find yourself often the contrarian but rarely the fool. |

Final Score 31-24 Denver | I agree the Broncons will win Saturday night because they beat the patriots once this year. |
