Kubiak a good coach ?

Does anyone really know how big a role Kubiak plays in the Denver offense ...from an outsider it looks as if Mike. Shanahan is calling all the plays and really the mastermind behid it all ....

Moreso over the past few years, Mike does his fair share of the play-calling. However, Kubiak is so good with players and does such a great job with them, he's an instrumental part of why our offense has been in the top five for almost every season in the past decade. He's a very, very good coach. Sure, he's learned and benifited from Mike, but that's a good thing.
