I just heard the bad news, this is bad news for all the CBs in the west. The trade isnt official yet but his agent says its all but done, the trade was for Oaklands 7th pick, a later round pick and MLB Napolean Harris. Oaklands D is horrible now, they already needed LBs and now they lose one, that leaves 3 holes at LB plus with franchising Woodson and taking over Moss's salary they wont have the money to fill those holes at LB. My prediction next year is that Oakland has the worst rush offense and defense...Al Davis is a moron.

Yeah Al is a retard thank god, our Offense can mach any other offense score for score, so I'm not worried the Trade won't matter.

AS long as Kerri Collins is throwing the rock in oakland I don't care who there wideouts are. Plus didn't they just throw money a tjerry porter too? Dubious mangement at best. Al Davis does it again!

I'm not that worried, think about it, in Minn Moss was great but Minn still got beat a whole lot, and that was with a better supporting cast than Oakland has. The are obviously trying to nail down Matt Lienart next year.

The Raiders have Porter, Curry, Gabriel, and now Moss. They have no running game, the worst D in the league (will always be playing catch-up)and a drunk for a QB. It's a no-brainer what they'll be calling for just about every play.
Al Davis belongs in a home.

I'm down on the Raiders as much as anyone, but you have to give Al credit. He got the best WR in football for the #7 pick and a gym bag full of sweaty socks. His defense is no better or worse for losing Harris and the #7 pick is in a weak draft. The Raiders stole Randy Moss. Yes he doesn't address all of their needs, but he does improve them.

Al may be meddlesome, but I will say this. When he wants a player he aggressively pursues it, at all cost. Can we as Chiefs fans say the same? Last year we needed a CB, but didn't make a move on a deep FA CB class. A year and 10 million passing yards later, here we are with the same needs.

Will Lamar Hunt allow Carl to aggressively pursue Rolle or Surtain? Or will we settle for Gary Baxter or Ken Lucas and hope it turns out okay? A little Al in Lamar wouldn't hurt.
