I tried this and no luck in firefox. Any other suggestions or is it best to just wait until all the changes are made? |
Are you sure you deleted cookies? Did you reboot after deleting and then log back in?
Here are the steps.
1. Delete cookies
2. Close browser
3. Reboot computer
4. open browser
5. login to FF
If it didn't work the first time, try it again. Follw the exact order. |
Stupid me, when I clicked clear private data in firefox I didn't realize cookies was unchecked. |

For anybody running Safari. Click on the safari tab, then select preferences. Select the security tab in the pop up window. Click on show cookies and then "remove all" _________________

Yep, I tried it too and have to use IE instead of Firefox. I deleted all cookies, didn't work after rebooting, I had to bring back all of the cookies but the FF ones are blocked. I haven't rebooted yet, but will that work if I just block them? _________________

No. If you block the cookies, you won't be able to log in.
All you need to do is delete the FF cookie once. The reason you can't log in is that you have a bad cookie on your computer and you need to delete that one. Once you delete it and log back in you'll get another cookie from FF. This cookie should work fine and you won't need to do this again.
If you are using Firefox and trying to delete your cookies make sure you actually check the 'cookie' box when you 'clear your private data'. By default it isn't checked and your cookies won't be deleted. |

Easy, go to Tools at the top of the browser. Click "Clear Private Data", then click the "Cookies" box next to it...then select "Clear Private Data Now"...and there ya go. _________________

| I'm always logged out when I come here too but it's not a problem for me. Since Firefox remembers my password I just click log-in. |
