I voted LB because Phifer and Johnson might retire. McGinest also might be a cap casualty. With the current age and skill level at LB, we need a young stud to beef them up. I would love to trade up and snag Crowder...
I heard Green Bay might be interested in Law...Trade Law and our second for their first...
draft Crowder and then Miller/Rogers/Jackson or Baas... _________________

BPA.
It's too hard to peg one position at this point.
There may not be an ILB available worth the pick at our pick. If Crowder is gone, Belichick won't reach for Mitchell just to fill a need. If the Top 5 corners are gone, I dont see Belichick reaching for a guy like McFadden either. OL is a spot that Belichick hasnt taken a guy in Round 1, so its hard to pick that spot.
Id go BPA among corner, LB, OL. |

If they go LB and Crowder is not available they will trade down. I wouldnt mind seeing them trade down with Green Bay.
RD - why do a lot of ppl have Justin Miller dropping? Did Kiper say something stupid about him? _________________

You got me dude. Ive been trying to figure that one out myself.
I just think its because Kiper has been hyping up Pac Man with his speed, and it's caused everyone else to slide because of it. With him rising up, it pushes everyone else down a notch. And then when you have a guy like Carlos Rogers who won the Thorpe, they're going to put him ahead too because of his name.
I dont get why Pac Man Jones is rising up because of hi athleticism and speed, when Justin Miller matches him in that regard, outplays him on the field, and is a bit bulkier than Jones.
IMO, Miller will be a Top 20 pick come draft day. He's not sliding in the eyes of the scouts, just among the fans. |

Derick Strait won the Thorpe award last year and slid to the third round. I feel that Rogers is more likely to slide than Miller. I am going to laugh so hard if/when Jones slips out of the top 20. The expression on Mel's face when he says I predict that the Redskins will draft Pacman and Pacman slips all the way to the bottom of the first round.
He has the athleticism, but he doesn't have the coverage skills to compliment that. _________________

But, if you recall, all fan mock drafts had Strait in the late first or 2nd round. Thats my point. Its the fans that are having Miller drop, because they have the name guy(Thorpe Winner Rogers, and Kipers love child Jones) ahead of them. In the end, the NFL didnt value Strait as much as the fans did, because the fans were skewed by him winning the Thorpe Award.
I think Miller will go higher than the fans currently hvae him. |

LMAO. I personally don't think you could go wrong with Rolle, Rodgers, or Miller. All three of these guys are going to make Kiper and his "love child" look like an idoit. |

Have to LB just because there are a lot of good CB's in this years Draft. However if Miller or Rogers is at pick 32, we should pick them without question. Possible (LB) in Pats 1st round
1. Channing Crowder: Chances of getting him (4-10)
2. Kevin Burnett: Chances of getting him (6-10)
3. Shawne Merriman: Chaces of getting him (0-10)
4. Kirk Morrison: (Round 2) Chances of getting him (7-10) _________________
