DE (fits in the 3-4)
FS (c-ya Jerry Wilson, we might fill this in FA)
WR (if Williams is still on the board at #12 we will take him)
OL (add depth, maybe a couple)
DT (big, STRONG run stuffing DT)
CB (depth, I think we got our 2 shut down corners) |

I would rank them like this.
1. DE - Need someone to rush the QB.
2. FS - Jerry Wilson is not the answer.
3. OT - You can never have too many OL
4. CB - Can always use a shut down corner.
5. WR - Need a deep threat
6. LB - With a 3-4 defense you can never have enough LBs |

Need wise, I'd switch 1 and 2 on this list, but considering who will probably be available, the list to there is OK. For the rest of it, I'd move WR from 5 to 3 dropping his 3 and 4 to 4 and 5. Six is cool.
