Well it looks like the only changes that will be made for the Steelers game is that Chester Taylor will return to his normal roll and Brian Rimpf will begin rotating with Edwin Mulitalo (much like Tony Pashos is rotating with Orlando Brown). Come on Billick keeping the offesne the same certaintly isnt going to fix the problems either. This dude is waaay to stubborn, give some of the young blood a chance. We gave what will turn out to be a high 3rd round pick in this years draft for Adam Terry and he hasnt even been activated. We atleast need to see what we have in him and the season is over so why not?

Brian Billick is a moron. its true.

chester taylor only used as a third down back? so after Jamal runs for -2 yards on the 1st 2 downs they put Taylor in on 3rd and long and then blame him for not gettiing a 1st down? yeah that makes great sense. Adam Terry needs to start. start. not just play, but start. The season is lost. we need to find out what he have in youngsters like Terry, Jason Brown, Rod Green, Mark Clayton, Brian Rimpf, and even B.J. Ward.

oh and one more thing: FIRE BRIAN BILLICK.

Yea I dont understand what hes doing. He says making lineup changes wont change anything, but keeping them the same defeintly wont change. He still seems to be waiting for the Oline to start blocking well and still waiting for Jamal to "break out". Come on Billick, were going into week 11 here, its not happening. We have a ton of young players, some that we invested high draft picks in, we need to see what they can do.

Well, the most important thing for the rest of our season is evaluating Kyle Boller. Throwing in lots of rookies would make that very difficult. Offensive linemen needs too be brought in slowly and unfortunatley Brown and Terry haven't even been active for most games, so making them starters now would be crazy. Apparently they're not progressing as fast as we would want. Hopefully they'll get some playing time towards the end of the season...

I do agree that Chester should get more playing time, i'm hoping that we'll see a 50-50 split between him and Jamal this sunday. We need to find out which one to re-sign.

And finally an interesting quote from Billick (from the article linked to above) that pretty much explains the difference between Wright and Boller:
Quote:
Kyle did not play particularly well," Billick said. "He played like a guy that has been on the bench for seven weeks. He was under a great deal of pressure, and he took a heck of a beating. He forced the ball in a couple places trying to make some plays that didn't turn out [well]. [But] he tends not to come back and make the same mistakes."
