Bollinger is 8-13 88 yards and 2 touchdowns. He is leading them back against the Chargers. If McCariens hadn't just dropped a TD pass, the Jets would be winning _________________

He did damn good.
Even the fourth down pass inside a minute left that was swiped away by Jammer was a good pass.
Tough loss. _________________

He can also do this thing called "move" which helps when the T position is like a swinging door. _________________

A game like this really makes me think we are either taking Haloti Ngata or Eric Winston in the first round.
Ngata because Reed is not a permanent solution at all...
And Winston because clearly Fabini isn't doing well on either side. Not like Jones is doing well either, but he needs time to develop.
Brandon Moore will be a good one when it is all said and done. We need a C for the future no matter what way you look at it.
Anyway, this is good because maybe Bollinger can have a future with the Jets. It wouldn't even surprise me if this were a Bulger/Warner situation back from a few years ago.
All around great job by the young kid out of Wisconsin. _________________

| brooks has no future. as much as i liked what he did today, san diego was missing half their d and their secondary is one of the worst in the leauge. i think we should grab winston though, if not him a rb. next year is the year we get our qb, with leak, vick, quinn and others in the draft |

i like brooks bollinger but i would give him a couple more weeks to prove himself to see wat he does when defenses gameplan for him. I am not a big fan of drafting linemen in the first round i would much rather pick someone up in free agency, and draft a rb or qb of the future in the first round. _________________
