In Wade Wilson's case it wasnt just HGH. It was also anabolic steroids which are two completely different substances. That was the reasoning behind the fine and longer suspension than Harrisons'.

Then why does it warrant an suspension? |
1. They're illegal.
2. Its a banned substance for everyone in the NFL, player, coach, trainer, etc. Just because he's a coach isn't an excuse that passes the blush test. Believe it or not, coaches spend a lot of time in the team facilities around players. I'm sure the NFL doesn't want to allow a coach to have access to banned substances which they could easily distribute to the players.
