It's a big name as far as Punters go, but he's still only a punter. However, it's interesting a tried and true veteran loses his job to a guy who has ties with the new coach's old team, but he still has never even played...
It's doubtful there are any serious repercussions from a move like this, since it's a Punter and all, but it's another case of a new coach bringing in his guys from a previous stop, and generally that hasn't worked out real well recently.

Thanks.I haven't seen him kick yet.Can he tackle as well if he has to?Player made me laugh(cry) watching him try to tackle last year.I think he smokes 4 packs a day.He was gassed running 20 yards. |
Haha! (Thats why the Steelers drafted a punter.. Cause Player is the Garocki of last year.. can hold the ball for the kicker but can't punt to far..)
I haven't seen him tackle yet but I think you will be satisfied with him.
