I agree. I'm a little surprised that so many people don't like him on here. He is good at telling jokes, even if they aren't his. He isn't revolutionary, but he is a good story teller. I agree that he is a awful actor, but as a stand up I liked him.

You realize Dane Cooke never tells jokes right? He just make terrible observations and then takes them way too far.

So you basically just called him a good thief. Sorry, but if someone breaks into my house and steals my TV, I'm not going to respect his entertainment center. Being a comedian means making up comedy, not stealing it. How can you respect someone who's willing to cheat their way to the top? Or are you looking forward to Barry Bonds breaking the home run record?

Huh? Steve Carell is brilliant on The Office and great in 40 YoV. Evan Almighty was poor, but Carell is still one of the funniest actors on screen. He's funny because he doesn't realize how hilarious he's being.

And Ryan Reynolds was amazing in Smokin' Aces. His timing is great.

And Dakota Fanning is only like 10, how can you judge her already?

Wrong, I like him in CSI: Miami, he fits his character to a tee. When I watch NY although Dan Siski(sp?) is a better actor he doesnt fit the role of the head CSI.

Worst:

Based on roles, I hate the guy who plays DUmbledore. His voice is to loud he just is not the dumbledore I imagined. Richard Harris the original dumbledore was alot better, he fit Dumbledore to a tee.

As for Lindsay Lohan, the writers deserve credit for Mean Girls, not her. It was a well-written movie, but the best actress in that movie was Rachel McAdams, not her. She floats by on the better performances of the aforementioned McAdams and the supremely underrated Lizzy Caplan (astounding on the TV show The Class, and has a role in the new untitled JJ Abrams project known as 1-18-08). Besides Mean Girls, Lohan has done some truly awful movies, including the upcoming I Know Who Killed Me, which is already being tentaively called the worst movie of the year. She's also worthy of the list.

Still, if you can't recognize her potential, you probably haven't seen Chapter 27.

Shelly Duvall is the worst actress to show her face on screen. She made what could have been the best horror movie of all time (The Shining) just a top 5 horror movie of all time.

Stanley Kubrick would probably agree. He made her go through over 100 takes of a certain scene until she got it good enough, and it still wasn't good enough.

While she may not be very good, Kubrick was known for being a perfectionist like that. That's why Nicholson never worked with him again. Kubrick did that to everyone.

I don't think the new Dumbledore is that bad, but yeah the old one was way better.

Actually I have no problem with Baroid breaking the home run record. He was the best player/cheater in an era full of cheaters. I enjoy listening to Dane Cook tell jokes, if he stole some of his material from another comedian, I'll lose any respect I have for him, but I believe that the way he tells jokes is funny, and I can enjoy listening to it. Believe it or not I'm not a comedian, and although it doesn't make me like him because he stole material, when I listen to stand up, I want to laugh, which he makes me do.

Adam Sandler, mainly his old 'comedies' but I'm sure Chuck and Larry is similar to this. All he did was scream names at people and would purposly do mean things for his enjoyment(the one movie where he threw sticks at people skateboarding to make them fall) How is that funny?

Big Daddy? It was pretty funny IMO. That's not all he did, but he did a lot of that, and it was funny.

I agree about Steve Carell being hilarious in "40 Year Old Virgin."

Personally I think Steven Segal is pretty bad.

Steve Carell almost feels like the same character in every single movie/ TV show to me.

If you watch Reign Over Me or Spanglish, you can see that he has broad range for his acting.

And Chuck and Larry is absolutely hilarious by the way!!! I recommend it to everyone.

And Adam Sandler did a pretty good job in it. He seemed to click with his real-life friend Kevin James.
