One of the knowlegable radio host for espn radio thinks the cards could be taken advantage of now they arent going to give up the #5 but being that whiz and russ are infatuated with faneca and then they could take joe thomas they could have a chance at being a force in the nfc

If they are willing to make that trade, absolutely pull the trigger. That would give us 4 picks in the first two rounds. We could go a lot of ways with those picks

I sorta heard the same thing about it on NFL radio, that they think the trade can be done with this years 2nd and next years 2nd. I would take it.

or trade the 2nd and 3rd for him and a 3rd next year.

Either way I don't think we going to get anything for him unless we trade him this year.

AZ doesn't have 2 2nd rounders this year. It'd be this year's 2nd and next year's 2nd. We'd still have 3 picks in the first 2 rounds and could address the pass rush, get a pure LB, and maybe a OG. If we could fill 3 of our biggest needs in the first 2 rounds that'd be huge and we could BPA, for the most part, the rest of the draft.

If the trade happened, which I doubt it does but it's nice to dream about, we'd have the 15th, 38th, and 46th. The only way we could land all 3 of those guys, while not reaching for any of them, is by trading down in the first to around 20, then trading the extra pick that we get from the trade down with the 46th to move up into the early 2nd and hope that Harris falls. I think Spencer is worthy of a pick around 20, Blalock (or Grubbs or Sears) will fall into the 2nd round, Harris should be anywhere from the late 1st to early 2nd.
Even if Harris goes in the late first and we don't trade up, we could still draft someone like Siler, Everett, or Durant (the last two are a bit of a reach).

It would be cool if it happens the steelers could use and extra second rounder. tagging faneca is a terrible idea that would take him from being a pimple on the fo butt to a boil

I'd rather have their 2nd & 3rd this year. Although they're terrible every year, there is no way to guarantee where we'll pick from next year. But this year it would give us a lot of firepower.

Id love that draft, if it happened id be estatic...but i dont really want Blalock id rather have Sears. One thing that would make it better is David Harris...but he likely wont make it out of the 1st round bc of NE

I think we'd need to give them a pick to take Simmons off our hands!
