Qb- Ben Roethlisberger (now he's going to need to take a step forward and he needs to ge to the point where he knows where everyone on offense is supposed to be and what they are supposed to do. Its his job to tell the wideouts what to do not hines he also needs to get in peoples face when they drop big passes.)

Also he needs to go to his check downs more, hit the backs or te for 5-6 yards live to play another down. Throw the ball away dont throw a dangerous pass, theres nothing wrong with taking a gamble against an agressive defensive back unit but in the famous words of kenny rogers "You gotta know when to hold, em know when to fold em. Know when to Walk away, know when to run"

Ben is my favorite steeler but he needs to mature as a passer, and become dangerous. Not with his throws but his ability.

Rb- Willie Parker - Is becoming a very good young running back. But he needs to become more consistent, meaning he needs to block better. He needs to hold on to the football when in the open field. And I would like to see him become more of recieving threat. But hes the best outside of the bus that they have had. for a while

Te- Heath Miller under utilized and not his fault doesnt necessarilly stretch the field but can block and is a very good pass catcher. Hopefully arians will use him. Needs to be a bigger part of the offense.

Wr. Hines ward- Beginning to show his age but is one of the toughest most reliable wr in the nfl. Should be a #2 at this point in his career but he can dominate when the offense is clicking if every player in the nfl had his heart there wouldnt be any character issues. in the nfl.

wr Santonio Holmes- definitely a threat in the open field is becoming a play maker. But needs to be more consistent tends to dissapear at the wrong time. Ben needs to know he can rely on him. And I think he will become a very good wr in time.

Wr- Nate Washington- drops passes like there is no tommorow. He can make a circus catch and miss and easy third and five. Will face competition from a draft pick and maybe willie reid.

Wr-Cedrick Wilson- Stinks! plain and simple Stinks! Drops passes then whines to the official he was held when the db was fifteen yards away! He should be replaced high cap number and doesnt justify it.

Wr Willie Reid- Jury is out on him needs to stay healthy

Wr-Draft Pick- They need to take a wr in the fourth round for depth he doesnt need to be tall but the depth at the position for the steelers is horrid. If hines goes down theyre in trouble.

Lt- Marvel smith one of the better lt but would be better suited on the right side.

Lg -Faneca_ Very good run blocker but his pass blocking skills leave alot to be desired might be a holdout. If so Draft pick or willie colon will play here.

C - Mahan/Okobi/- This is who the competition is between to be honest simmons is not being considered the steelers just dont want to waist money and would like to get something out of him.

RG -Simmons/Kemo- I want to see Kemo get the job hes alot more agressive than simmons. He finishes his blocks. So I think he will win the competition.

RT Starks road grader but he needs to work on his footwork is abused when he goes up against a speed rusher. Needs to get his hands on the d lineman.

Depth is needed along the o line with three players in contract years so two draft picks need to be spent here this is a very important draft.

UML-Redskins GM GoSkins

Jamal Lewis seems to be a real uphill runner now. That's a problem. Downhill runners are preferred. Maybe he is running in the wrong direction. Espn DJ Gallo
