KCP, although I like both

I'm really interested in bringing Plumlee back

I read that the Nets might not be able to afford KCP now with the Carroll contract. I hope that's not true. I want KCP to be a Net.

All signs point to Caldwell-Pope being a Net

I think he would add a lot of tenacity and flair to this team, which is something that we need

I think $16M a year is a good sweet spot, hopefully not over $17M

Would we move Lin then? Try and get another pick or an available big would be what I would angle for.

Nah

Lin is an extension of Kenny and the "dad' of the system

He's never getting moved IMO

1 - Lin / Dinwiddie / Goodwin
2 - Russell / Whitehead / Kilpatrick
3 - LeVert / Crabbe / Harris
4 - Carroll / Hollis-Jefferson / Booker / Acy
5 - Mozgov / Allen

I can see Booker playing a lot of small-ball 5 too

Think LeVert will come off the bench imo, could play all over along with RHJ. Think next year is when LeVert steps in as the starter at the 2 or 3 with Lin likely opting out

I think Russell should come off the bench to feast on 2nd units personally. I would break it down as such:

PG - Jeremy Lin (32) / DeAngelo Russell (16) / Spencer Dinwiddie
SG - Allen Crabbe (32) / DeAngelo Russell (16) / Isaiah Whitehead
SF - DeMarre Carroll (24) / Caris LeVert (24)
PF - Rondae Hollins-Jefferson (24) / Trevor Booker (12) / Quincy Acy (12)
C - Timothe Mozgov (24) / Jarrett Allen (20) / Trevor Booker (4)

Russell would probably win 6 MOTY with 32mpg off the bench. Crabbe wasn't brought in to be a 19M backup, and he isn't a SF in any way. Has great length, but doesn't have the mentality to play bigger than his size. He is a twig.
