Vet prove it deal with incentives. That's as much as I'd do. Call it Doctson insurance which is what Brian Quick currently is.

I would cut Brian Quick right now and make this move. Maclin would thrive in our offense. He'd kill it with a QB who likes to actually throw the ball.

We only have $4.5 M in cap space, it'd have to be a deal loaded with in incentives and Quick only makes 695 K, no reason to cut him at this point even if we did sign Maclin.

My guess is Maclin goes to the Ravens who need a wr who has #1 ability after losing Steve Smith to retirement.

If he was going to sign with a team in the east I would think he would go to Dallas they could really use him to pair with Dez outside and Beasley in the slot.

We don't need Maclin. Pryor and Docston will play outside as our #1-2 WRs, and I'd rather see what we have in them then add an aging Maclin. Then we have Crowder established in the slot. Maclin isn't going to sign somewhere to be a 4-5 WR, and frankly those guys need to play special teams anyways, which Maclin isn't going to do.

If we didn't have Pryor I would of been ok with the move .

It'd be better if we targeted Eric decker instead but wideout isn't a huge need we are fine ATM.

I'm not really interested in Decker either. We need to see Doctson play and we have Pryor and other young players I'd rather see play like Crowder.
