You gotta like the prospect of an offensive line consisting of Fant - Odhiambo - Britt/Pocic - Glowinski - Ifedi/Pocic going forward. That's 1.5 k pounds of muscle that makes 9+" on BJs and 30+" on verts (on average) of hardworkers working under 10mm, that imo, with continuity and another one or two season under the ZBS could bring Seattle back to where we were in 2012 in terms of OL which is good enough.

It sounds like we'll find out if my Ifedi at RT analysis is spot on or if I'm just hot air that can't analyze OL.

I still think Ifedi is a turd to put it mildly and a wasted draft selection. I liked MSU's Chris Jones as a 3tech. Ifedi has the physical attibutes to be a guy like Anthony Davis but his technique is lousy. His development falls squarely on the shoulders of Cable. It's possible but I didn't see it at A&M.

I do hope I'm wrong about Ifedi. The success of our Hawks is way more important than an ego of being correct about what my eyes told me about Ifedi.

I like the signing of Lacy but wish it was a 2 yr deal. Get him out on some quick check downs and watch him rumble.

Nothing about the acquisition of LB DJ Alexander for KPL? Seems like a quality move for us and I'm happy to see us prioritizing the special teams unit after letting it slip the last year or two. Alexander was a special teams Pro Bowler last year for his coverage. KPL never really developed from his rookie season and only has one year left on his contract, whereas Alexander has 2.

If you'd get your butt over to the new forum it wouldn't be in limbo...
